Tell us about yourself?

My name is Qamar Shahzad born and bought up in small city of Burewala Punjab Pakistan. I completed my education from Lahore AM Exford, after the completion of my graduation, I moved to Dubai in search of professional opportunities. I worked as a Marketing Manager for more than 2 years, but my quest for better opportunities, where compelling me try more harder in diversified fields. So with an ambition to establish my own business in the year 2013, I started my own Business. I am the Co-Founder & CEO of BTW Groups LLC, Dubai UAE which was started with only 5 people on roll, but now by the grace of god, 49 people are working for my company rendering their valuable services.

BTW Groups based in Dubai and our motto is to progress with fulfilling our customer demands. The company’s principal areas of business interests include Maintenance, facilities Management, Networking, technical contracting work on buildings and provision of specialized skilled technical project management.

Share with us an accomplishment that has shaped your career?

During my previous tenure as a marketing manager, I was quite adept in Managing teams, departments, and achieved greater results with limited resources, and also Received many accolades and special recognition, awards, etc. Implemented new systems, processes Opened new client accounts, Increased company’s productivity to a greater extent. At the same time solved an unusually challenging business problem which boosted my morale in leaps and bounds. Increased sales revenue’s, Improved safety standards, Brought-in projects under budget and before deadline, and last but not the least, Exceled in all spheres of the profession by exceeding the expectations of the higher bosses.

What was your journey like to get where you are at present?

Many things were there, but one thing which always fuelled my passion, was to do something exceptional in life by having my own business house which caters to the needs of the people associated with it in an more humble and efficient way. Actually my mother always dreamt of seeing me as an businessman in life. Si I really wanted to do something like that in a special way , to make her feel proud of me. With this fertile thoughts in mind, i started my journey into the business worId by becoming the CEO of the BTW Groups. From this platform, I would like to thank my parents for being a pillar of support throughout my journey.

What do you hope to achieve in your next position?

Its my dream to see my company BTW groups to extend its business branches all over the world, for which im doing my level best to lay the foundation for its growth

Tell us about a project that compelled you to be innovative and creative?

The project at International Airport Terminal 1 Dubai, is very close to my heart, which has inspired and motivated me to give my best by seeing the hard work and dedication of the workers who were working under the adverse temperature conditions to fulfil the stipulated work. It also made me to design and creative the work frame, to be more labour friendly and can cut down on the work duration.

Well to be precise..Qamar Shahzad is same personally and professionally. Simple, down to earth, dedicated and humble to the ground.

What are your future goals?

My future goal is to explore the whole world, meet wonderful people, learn many good things from them and to implement them in my life to mould myself into a better human being.

Where do you view yourself standing at the ladder of success in the next decades?

In the coming decades, I want to establish myself as a successful businessman , working on innovative technological methods and implementing them in my working modules, thereby creating more employment opportunities for the next generation. At the same time, I want to be a good and caring son to my parents, and wish to fulfil all their dreams and ambitions.

Last not the least…what do you do in your free time?

Im very passionate about travelling, and at the same time, I read a lot of books and into writing also. These are my favourite pass time. But my major stress buster is the soulful music which takes me to a different level of relaxation.
